Jasmine Downy Pearls Tea

This tea is hand-rolled into pearl-shaped balls, then scented with jasmine flowers. The resulting flavor is smooth with a light floral scent. For this tea, only the youngest leaves are processed. Each three leaves along with white downs of the buds are rolled together into a "pearl" and wrapped in mesh before being dried to hold its form.
